The environmental vibration is a part of environmental protection goal in Taiwan. The EPA put in many studies for data and references collection, field measurement, to develop the vibration control regulations in the future. In this study, we collected and proposed some environmental vibration control suggestions, from the regulatory content, control aim, control standards and regulation situation of other countries. This study also completed boundary vibration measurement for 42 factories and construction sites. And compared the measurement results of field investigation to other countries standards and analyzed. Besides, the study proposed how to control and reduce the low-frequency.
